We were in Jepara looking at the locally made furniture (wow) and the introductions from the hotel owners made it enjoyable and productive. We've stayed in some lovely places and the Blue Garden is outstanding.

Our best food we had in our one month travel in Indonesia. The room is splendid, architecture is divine! We felt like kings. Gunder was our driver, he is also very recommended! Also, the most important tip: visit Borobudur center and not just the temples, that was for us the best experience, even better then the temple, the people of Borobudor with an amazing big heart so friendly and genuine.So go visit the center, the market is very close.

Vzali jsme si výlet na ryby, ulovili jsme velkou makrelu, kterou nám šikovné kuchařky připravily na několik vynikajících způsobů.

Firstly, the place itself is great - breathtaking views to wake up every morning, very cozy atmosphere all around the villa, away from crowds and noises. Secondly, the staff with Hari and the girls that are always there to help you with everything you need, always kind and smiling. Hari went above and beyond, helping us with boat tickets, providing food that you can order with them from a place nearby, helping with any other request. The breakfast they prepare in the morning is great and you can enjoy it with the most amazing view on the island. We were also lucky enough to meet Eddy, Patricia and the kids - the owners of the villa - amazing family and amazing people. They always had a word, a story or a recommendation to share with us. There are 3 beautiful dogs, of course they sometimes bark but it was never annoying. We were so happy we got to meet all the family. Thank you, guys. The position is really close to sunset beach, 10 minutes from city centre - but you need a scooter to visit the island. You can rent it with them at good prices. If you rent the Standard Villa you share the bathroom with another room, but the room is comfortable - with ac and mosquito net plus another patio right outside where you can relax and enjoy the most stunning sunsets on the island!

It may not be a well-known international hotel chain, but in everything this hotel surpasses, for example, a Hilton on the Nusa Dua beach in Bali three times over. Great breakfast, extremely friendly and unobtrusive staff, wonderful little details like macaroni biscuits that welcome you in the room. We were in the hotel twice in the space of five days, the second time we took the best room at the top of the hotel, which is the real poetry of the hotel's beauty. Praise!
