Extraordinary settings, it was the most unusual place we stayed during our trip throughout Japan. The rooms were clean and had everything you need, the beds in the shared rooms were surprisingly spacious and the staff was very kind and attentive.

The room was very very clean, with great amenities such as beverages and hot chocolate. The shower is great too. The breakfast is excellent. The localization, near the station, was very helpful. Also, the free laundry facilities were great to use.

Ryokan Asunaro: A Traditional Japanese Inn in Takayama. Nestled just a 6-minute walk from Takayama Station and the Nohi Bus Center, Ryokan Asunaro offers an authentic Japanese inn experience. Beautifully furnished and staff attentive and welcoming. Japanese meals were beautifully presented and I highly recommend the experience of a Ryoken stay.

Some people won't like that it's 20 to 30 minutes walk from the train station, but I found walking through the neighborhood streets really great. It''s located directly next door to a large supermarket and a kitchen is also provided so you can self cater. There are also several great local neighborhood restaurants within five to 10 minutes away. The staff are very accommodating. Everything is new and the beds were very comfortable

Everything fresh and modern and well working. Staff is very nice, rooms descent size and well equipped. Nice onsen facilites. Great location for exploring Takayama.

峠のお宿 巧の実家 Magome Guest House, Along the Nakasendo Trail se nachází ve čtvrti Magome v destinaci Nakatsugawa a poskytuje terasu a pračku. K zajímavým místům v blízkém okolí patří Magome Observatory. The owner is exceptionally friendly and helpful. We're a group of 8 adults. The owner picked us up from Nakatsugawa station with 3 cars. One to send our luggage back to the guest house. The other 2 cars brought us to the supermarket to buy ingredients for us to cook our dinner at night. Upon our request, they dropped us at Magome town, and brought our ingredients back to the homestay and arranged nicely in the refrigerator. The next day, the owner again helped us to send our luggage to our next accommodation. The homestay has everything we need. The kitchen is fully equipped. The owner prepared a lot of free food and drinks for us. We also love the outdoor wooden bathtub, outdoor dining area and the hammocks. They have cherry tree too. Must be really beautiful in the spring.

The guest house is very nice , the room is big cozy and good , the stuff are super nice and friendly the dinner in the palace is also good and tasty with spatial ingredients Overall highly recommended. The Nomad Inn Gujo se nachází v destinaci Gujo a nabízí terasu a ubytování s bezplatným Wi-Fi a výhledem na řeku. What didn't I like! Honestly, it's one of the greatest spots and places I've stayed in Japan. Throws you back to a family house you never had with all the nostalgia of how i imagine weekends away were as a child at grandparents or aunts. The location, township, and people, especially our host, were nothing short of amazing

This apartment was fantastic, we loved our stay! The location is in quiet area, close to the river. The apartment has all amenities and nice garden with bathtub. I would highly recomend this place
