The best owners I have ever met. Super helpful, friendly, always ready to provide any info or amenities. They even gifted my girlfriend a small birthday gift! From the beginning a lot of small things like scissors, teapots, chargers, and many other useful everyday items were provided for us, which is not something I see in bigger hotels. For a relatively small room and building, very smart use of space, we had everything we needed. The rooftop space was also amazing!

Situated in Yokohama and with Yokohama Marine Tower reachable within less than 1 km, Citadines Harbour Front Yokohama features concierge services, allergy-free rooms, a shared lounge, free WiFi... We got a top floor room from where the Yokohama Osanbashi pier was visible. The rooms were excellent. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was fantastic and just beside the Nihan Odori metro station. Commuting to the Yokohama station was very easy. The breakfast was good. The rooms were big and spacious. The amenities were excellent. The residents lounge area and the gym were a great addition. Overall, very nice breakfast.
