The room was very clean (including the air conditioning ducts, I checked), everything was new, It was quiet to sleep, It had a great view of the volcano and the breakfast was healthy and tasty. As a plus, the shopping mall where the hotel is located is beautiful, cheerful, has an ice skating rink and good shops and food. If you have a car, the location is also good for going to both Cholula and Puebla. The only thing they need to improve is that the restaurant space wasn't big enough to accommodate so many people, but I didn't have to wait too much. It's worth It, I recommend It!

Besides being a 10 min walk to zocalo, the immediate neighborhood was great with lots to do and see within 2 blocks in any direction.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The building itself was beautiful, and the view from our room was incredible—we could see the volcano in the distance (I believe it’s called Popocatépetl). What truly made our experience special was the amazing staff. We had to leave early for a long drive from Puebla to Villahermosa, and they kindly prepared a delicious breakfast to-go for both of us. Not only that, the chef went the extra mile and made the oatmeal I had requested—such thoughtful service! We’ll definitely be coming back for more than just one night next time. Huge thanks to everyone who made our stay memorable. Your kindness really made a difference!

The breakfast buffet was a combination of traditional Mexican dishes, cold cuts, fruits and cereals.

Our room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful balcony overlooking the street — a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the view of the city. The location is also perfect, right in the heart of Puebla Centro, making it easy to walk around and explore nearby attractions. Overall, we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay.
