As a plus, the shopping mall where the hotel is located is beautiful, cheerful, has an ice skating rink and good shops and food. If you have a car, the location is also good for going to both Cholula and Puebla. The only thing they need to improve is that the restaurant space wasn't big enough to accommodate so many people, but I didn't have to wait too much. It's worth It, I recommend It!

Always provided us with a bottle of water each. Hotel is located around 7minsc walk from zocalo. Always someone at reception. We felt really welcomed and safe here.
