The room was very clean (including the air conditioning ducts, I checked), everything was new, It was quiet to sleep, It had a great view of the volcano and the breakfast was healthy and tasty. As a plus, the shopping mall where the hotel is located is beautiful, cheerful, has an ice skating rink and good shops and food. If you have a car, the location is also good for going to both Cholula and Puebla. The only thing they need to improve is that the restaurant space wasn't big enough to accommodate so many people, but I didn't have to wait too much. It's worth It, I recommend It!

Centrally located in Puebla de Zaragoza, Gamma Puebla Señorial Centro is 5 minutes’ walk from the Cathedral and Zócalo Main Square. It offers free Wi-Fi in public areas and has a 24-hour reception. Besides being a 10 min walk to zocalo, the immediate neighborhood was great with lots to do and see within 2 blocks in any direction.

Presidente Puebla hotel offers spectacular views of the Popocatepetl and Iztaccihuatl volcanoes. The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool and 24-hour fitness centre. It is 4.5 km from the city centre. I like the staff. The location was also great. The indoor pool was also great.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa House Hotel. The building has a charming old-fashioned style that makes the whole experience feel authentic and connected to Puebla’s historic atmosphere. The staff were very nice and incredibly accommodating throughout our visit. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful balcony overlooking the street — a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the view of the city. The location is also perfect, right in the heart of Puebla Centro, making it easy to walk around and explore nearby attractions. Overall, we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

Beautiful, spacious rooms and exceptional service! We absolutely loved our stay — the room design was stunning, super spacious, and thoughtfully decorated. The staff were incredibly friendly and always happy to help with anything we needed. There’s also a lovely café right inside the hotel — perfect for breakfast or a relaxed afternoon coffee. Highly recommend staying here — we’d come back anytime!
