The common areas are pleasant and the hotel is very well maintained. We ate at their restaurant everyday and the food was always amazing! You can book Jungle walk and Jeep Safari with them at a good price, with good guides. We also booked bus tickets with them and everything went smooth, they even took us to the bus station and made sure we got in the right bus. Best of all, the staff is the kindest!

The family who own it were beyond lovely and helpful. They arranged a tuktuk to collect me from the next door town after a terrible bus journey, organised brilliant safaris (I saw 7 rhinos in the jeeps, some very close!) and helped to get the bus to Bandipur. He would WhatsApp when Rhinos could be spotted in the village to come and see. The hotel was clean, great location, has mosquito nets over the bed and good working fans (it is very hot in Chitwan in end of May!!).

Such a great stay at the Aikawa, from the moment we arrived at the bus park we were met by lovely hotel staff offering us a free transfer to the hotel, to the moment they dropped us off again they could not do enough for us to ensure we had a pleasant staff. Food was also excellent and the safari with Raj, all organized and booked through the hotel left us with memories to cherish for a lifetime. Highly recommend

The accommodation provides room service and a housekeeping service for guests. An amazing place at the shore of the river, outside from the noisy Sauraha, but just only 15min walking from the town center. And the family is charming and always there to help you. I would come back for sure!!

The staff are exceptional, so helpful in dropping us off to town, taking us to the doctors, picking us up from the bus station and organising our safari. They were very understanding and accomodating to our changing schedule. They also came and got us when a rhino was passing by on the street. On site there is great restaurant with cheap food prices and room service. Hot showers and mosquito nets in the room. Would highly recommend and definitely would stay here again.

I can really recommend this place! Kind and helpful people, good food, and the location is also very nice, away from the busier main street but still very close!

I really enjoyed my 3 nights here They helped me out organizing both my days and the guy is also a guide with loads of information and cool stories The food was amazing aswell, one of the best dal bhat and best chicken momo's I've had in nepal The family was very friendly and welcoming into their home

Hotel Rhinoceros-Homestay is set in Sauraha. The property features mountain and lake views, and is 1.8 km from Tharu Cultural Museum. There is free private parking and the property offers paid airport shuttle service. Very friendly owner and very kind. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and had a clean private bathroom. Excellent value for money! They also provide organised tours which I would highly recommend. I had already arranged mine with a friend but their services are very good. Hot water was available in the evenings which was not an issue for me as I tend to shower in the evening. Well located a few minutes walk to the river but quiet enough for a good night sleep.

Chital Lodge is perfectly located next to Chitwan National Park, where we were able to walk in to the park for our walking safari during our stay. The yard and dining area is cozy where we spent some of our evenings eating delicious Momos from the kitchen. Our most valuable memory from Chital lodge is the walking safari hosted by stay owner Bishnu, who is knowledgeable walking in Chitwan since a kid, where he took us in to the national park on foot teaching us a lot about the nature, the area and the animals. It was truely a once in a lifetime experience! Learning about Chitwan and Nepal walking through the beautiful terrain and seeing the animals that day! Rooms are bare and for us wanting the experience by the nature was really value for money. Could not recommend enough!! Thank you to Bishnu and your family!

Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. The accommodation provides airport transfers, while a bicycle rental service is also available. The people who own the hotel and their family made me feel like home. I wasn't lacking anything throughout my stay starting from the numerous bottles of water to having pre-ordered breakfast and lunch when I did my safari to make sure I have something to eat straight away when I come back. The food was really good - if you like bananas and pancakes i can highly recommend the banana pancakes there. All the staff was really helpful and wanted me to have the most amazing time and I really appreciate that. I was also very grateful for the welcome activity when I arrived to familiarise me with the place. I had a great guide for it as well as for my Safaris. Very knowledgable and skilled people. Everybody says that Nepali people are one of the friendliest people and looking at my experience I can only confirm that now. Thanks for making me so comfortable Raj and family and I highly recommend everyone to stay at Rhino lodge.
