The room was big, clean and comfortable. The hosts were extremely helpful with information and everything we needed. Great breakfast. I would recommend for everyone who is coming to Ollantaytambo

What truly made our experience exceptional was Jasmine at the reception. When my husband developed altitude sickness, Jasmine went above and beyond to look after us. She was incredibly attentive, kind, and proactive—checking in on him, offering helpful advice, and making sure we felt supported and cared for at all times. Her calm presence and genuine concern made a stressful situation so much easier to manage. The level of hospitality and human warmth we experienced here is rare. It’s clear that the staff truly care about their guests, not just as customers but as people. We are deeply grateful to Jasmine and the entire MOAF team and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cusco, especially if you value comfort, care, and outstanding service.
