The hotel was simply amazing. It was clean, comfortable, the rooftop with the bar and swimming pool was spectacular. The staff was one of the kindest, escpacially Rogelio! The breakfast was 10/10, and in general this hotel is a really good price fo value. The location is also nice, it’s a nice, green, peaceful neighborhood right beside a shopping mall.

The room was spacious, and the concierge staff were exceptionally friendly — they truly elevated my stay. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from excellent restaurants, cafés, and a shopping mall. But what stood out the most was the honesty and kindness of the staff. I accidentally left my wallet in the lounge near the concierge desk while checking out. On my way to the airport, a staff member called to let me know they had found it. I rushed back and retrieved it — not a single dollar was missing. I was in such a hurry I didn’t get to thank her properly, but the humility and integrity I experienced here left a lasting impression.
