The staff were exceptionally kind and friendly – unlike any other hotel I’ve experienced in Thailand. The food at the restaurant was excellent. Everything was just perfect. Khun Tan the cook was able to make everything from western breakfast, Asian style, coffee and more. Every evening meal was delicious and fresh from the markets. Kiki and Sarah the Villa hosts were great at listening, helping organise anything we needed at the Villa, advising on the area, organising massages with Khun Rong and made my husbands birthday special with a delicious cake. All staff smile, are polite and helpful and make you feel so welcome.

We recently spent 3 weeks at The Deck Cottages in Koh Samui and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay – even sharing a few laughs with us, which made it feel like home away from home. The property itself is beautifully maintained. The pool was a real highlight – tranquil, clean, and never overcrowded, which made it perfect for relaxing at any time of day. The food was another standout. With an Italian-inspired menu and a wide variety of choices available for every meal, we were always well-fed and impressed by the quality and freshness. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Peaceful, stylish, and run by a genuinely kind team – we’d happily return and recommend it to anyone visiting Koh Samui!

The location is also very convenient — close to the beach, restaurants, and shops, but still quiet enough for a relaxing stay. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Definitely recommend!
