This was truly one of the most comfortable and enjoyable stays I’ve ever had in Turkey. The check-in was fast and smooth, and they even upgraded my room to a more suitable one since I was traveling with a child — which I really appreciated. Everything was clean, well-organized, and perfectly maintained. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. The outdoor heated pool was one of the highlights of the hotel, and the spa was exceptionally clean and relaxing. Even the sports shop inside the hotel was beautiful, and I ended up buying a few things from there. Overall, everything about my stay was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Gracious hosts, Cihan and his family were very welcoming and accommodating. Cihan drove me to Alacam waterfall and back and in the evening, to a restaurant that serves local trout while on the way showing me the village. Comfortable bed and bathroom. Enjoyed watching the sunset and breathing the fresh air from the garden/patio outside my room. They served fresh, delicious and generous turkish breakfast; vegetables, cheeses, egg, breads, fruits and raspberry juice. This place is a bit remote. If one does not drive, to get here, from Bursa can take the metro to Kestel and from Kestel take a bus to the hotel. Cihan who is very informative can provide the bus timetables. Or one can take a taxi.

This was a significant advantage, especially after busy days of exploring the city. The staff were absolutely wonderful, and we particularly want to commend Abdullah for his outstanding service. He was incredibly helpful, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. His warm demeanor and willingness to assist truly made a difference and added a personal touch to our experience. Furthermore, the location of the hotel is simply unbeatable. Being so close to all the local markets was a huge convenience for our family. We loved being able to step out and immediately immerse ourselves in the vibrant local life, discover fresh produce, and find unique souvenirs. It made exploring Bursa on foot incredibly easy and enjoyable, with many key attractions just a short stroll away.
