I had a lovely stay at this charming hotel, Although the design is older, it has a unique character and warmth that I really appreciated. The decor features beautiful touches of copper, marble, and wood which gave it a stylish yet cozy feel. Was clena and comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful - they even gave us a voucher for breakfast on the first day which was thoughtful. The breakfast itself wasn't huge but it had everything you'd want to start the day right. Thank you for the great experience - I'll definitely be staying again!

Set in New York, 1.2 km from National September 11 Memorial & Museum, Artezen Hotel has a fitness centre and rooms with free WiFi access. The location was perfect, close to Metro, and Financial district icons. It also meant quieter streets after hours than say around more active areas. The beds were comfortable and service was great. The room was neat, clean as was the bathroom. It was also very clear what the fees were and what was included and what not. Water bottles replenished daily. A multiple of nearby convenience stores, food, and if needed pharmacies. The air con/ heat pump did its job very well. I have already suggested this hotel to friends and family should they seek accommodation in New York.

Hotel přesně splnil moje očekávání - byl příjemný, vybavený dle fotodokumentace na BOOKING. Jedinou výhradu, a to dost podstatnou, mám k pokoji. Hotel nabízí malý pokoj, pokoj deluxe a pokoj prémium; já jsem zvolil pokoj deluxe - zlatá střední cesta. O to bylo velmi nepříjemné, že jsem s manželkou dostali pokoj ve třetím patře s oknem z matného sklad s "výhledem" do světlíku. Přes moje několikeré dotazy zda jde o pokoj deluxe s výhledem do světlíku a nutností neustálého svícení jsem byl vždy personálem ujištěn, že jde skutečně o pokoj deluxe - škody ale vůbec tomu nevěřím.
