The bed was comfortable and the bedlinens were high quality. Pleasant surprises behind the sliding bathroom doors: iron, ironing board, microwave and safe. Also, pleased to have the mini fridge. Didn't hear hallway noise and room service was prompt. Very convenient location to the venue we were attending and the downtown area.

Property was like it was brand new. Everything clean and tidy and in great working order, a great refresher after previously stayed in other HIE properties that don’t match this level and were disappointing. Staff were very helpful and welcoming especially Kelly, who tried everything to find me transport to where I was heading to. Breakfast was delicious with a great selection.
