My wife and I had the best time at Neighbourgood. The room we booked was amazing. Very spacious, cozy, and comfortable. We had room for both our luggage (2 big, 2 cabin ones) and still had a full table available. The room has a kitchen filled with supplies, making it easy to prepare breakfast or other meals. The bathroom and shower were also great, with a lot of space for storage of toiletries, great shower temperature and preassure. Everything was super clean. The team comes in for daily bed-making. We were very happy to have coffee pods replaced daily - there's a Nespresso machine with cream available. We were there for our honeymoon and received a complimentary kit for the occasion, which was very lovely and made our stay even more special. The hotel is well-located, making it easy to access most tourist destinations. Overall, for us, this was an 11/10 experience. Beautiful setting with stunning views of the mountains and within easy walking distance of great restaurants. Loved Franschhoek for choice of great places to taste wine and eat. L'Emitage villa was elegant and tasteful with large window for the view and massive sized and gorgeous bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything you needed too and the service was lovely.

I absolutely loved this stay, Elizma was the perfect host and I was so sad to only stay for one night. The location is incredible right at the beach front and you can look out to the sea for sunrise. The bed was so comfy and the room is spacious and homely. The breakfast spread was honestly the best I’ve ever had and she even gave suggestions for our onward journey along the coast. Can not recommend this enough
