Set within a few steps of Patnem Beach and 36 km of Margao Railway Station, Sealand Beach Cottages features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Patnem. After 5 months traveling in India I can say, the Sealand is my favorite place in this country. The room, the restaurant and the beach are outstanding clean. The staff, especially, Dushar made my stay exceptionally comfortable and in addition very affordable as well. The boss tought his staff very well about things, foreigners appreciate, for example: the tables in the restaurant are stable standing and always cleaned immediately after a guest left for the next one, and not just wiped with lots of stripes left, no- really clean! Little details like small basins with clean water in front of each bungalow to clean your feet from sand, clean, good smelling towels in matching colors….it’s just nice to see them caring for details. And then the kitchen: homemade bread toasted to perfection with the right amount of butter, jam, honey or Nutella- after your wish, or a huge bowl with fresh fruit salad and many more to choose. All continental dishes like Schnitzel, sandwiches or spaghetti -pesto for example contains the correct, fresh ingredients, like basil and pine nuts - or seafood with an incredible amount of shrimps and squid in a perfect tomato sauce! All Indian dishes as well - amazing! We are still in India, don’t expect perfection! But the Sealand is the closest I found, and that directly at one of the nicest beaches in hole India.

With sea views, Madhu Huts Agonda is located in Agonda and has a restaurant, room service, bar, garden and terrace. This beachfront property offers access to a patio and free private parking. I have stayed at Madhu many times and always love it. I choose the elevated hut because the view is unmatched. The room is large, clean and very comfortable and so is the bathroom. Food is excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful

Located in Calangute, Boaty's Beach Cottages offers beachfront accommodation 200 metres from Calangute Beach and provides various facilities, such as a garden and a bar. The food was great and the owner and staff were very friendly

Featuring a beachfront, Sea Front Beach Huts is located just 50 metres from the Patnem Beach in Canacona. Free WiFi access is available in this tented camp. Location definitely. The huts were well maintained and clean which is a big plus. Have stayed in many huts in south goa but cleanliness was always a compromise for the price but Sea Front beach huts was one of the cleaner ones. Would prefer this stay next time as well.

Offering free WiFi and a barbecue, Om Shanti Beach Stay Patnem is set in Patnem, 2 Km away from Palolem Beach. Butterfly Beach is 800 metres from the property. Perfect laid back beach getaway. Rooms have A/C and fans. Very nice to have a porch with chairs or a hammock for siesta too. The restaurant was great too for all meals (and drinks :-) at a table under the deck or on the sand.

Amazing!!! Room veeeery spacious and super comfy bed. Towels and sheets very clean . Hot water available the whole day I value a lot the staff!!all of them were so.nice and helpful! I felt really safe and cared for Indian food was awesome! Thank you magic world!!! I loved every minute of my stay.in Goa!🥰🥰

Go-Ym Resort is located less than 50 metres from the beautiful Mandrem - Arambol Beach. Free WiFi access is available in the public areas of this resort. Beautiful location, the huts were super nice and clean, the food was incredible and there was a nice chill out area, and it was 30 second walk from the beach.

Offering a restaurant that serves local, Indian, Chinese and continental delights, Royal Touch Beach Huts is located in Palolem, just 300 metres from Colomb Beach. It seems that the rooms were recently built. Great condition, and a large size. The location was brilliant, a short stroll to the restaurant and then to the beach. The food was really really good. every meal was tasty and fresh. Staff were very helpful and polite.
