Set within 49 km of Jaisalmer Fort and 32 km of Desert National Park in Khuri, Jaisalmer Safari Base & Camp features accommodation with seating area. We arrived in the camp early afternoon and had time to visit the houses near by. It was a very good experience to see how people live near desert. We had an organized camel trip to see sunset. After coming back we had a wonderful music and dance presentation before we got dinner. Everything was really wonderful. Next morning we had breakfast before our host brought us to Jaisalmer. At the location was no wifi, but our host tried to give us his own wifi.

The first thing we noticed was the absolute silence, which immediately made us feel relaxed. Next, you are shown to your tent. I've never stayed in a tent of any kind, so I have nothing to compare it to, but we had no problems with it. It's beautiful and clean inside with all the amenities you would find in a regular hotel room like hot water kettle and toiletries. The hot water is very hot, but the pressure is low. However, for just one night, it wasn't a problem. The staff are friendly, professional, and polite and tended to whatever we needed. We did the sunset camel ride, which was really beautiful and fun. The camel handler was very good at leading the camels, and we felt safe on the animal. The Jeep driver (Malu Singh) was really adept at handling the vehicle, and it was a true adventure with him. Upon returning to the camp, we were greeted by the cultural show performers. The show was spectacular. Unfortunately, there were only 4 people in attendance that night. A bus of visitors were delayed, which only left my daughter and me, and a couple from Argentina in attendance. Nevertheless, they performed as well as if there were 400 guests, and we thoroughly enjoyed the show. During the performance, appetizers are served, and there is also a well stocked bar if you want an alcohol drink. Dinner is served in an elegant dining room, and a variety of foods are served. The food is fresh, hot, and delicious, and they also have a chicken dish for those who are non-veg. As this was our 1st desert camp experience, Sangram definitely exceeded whatever expectations we may have had, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend it without hesitation.

The staff were so lovely, made you feel so comfortable and provided everything you could possibly need. What a way to safari and see wildlife. Sad to leave, looking forward to going back.

A good location for a hassle-free holiday in Sawāi Mādhopur, Ranthambore Nature Camp Resort is a luxury tent surrounded by views of the garden. Wonderful stay, staff were friendly and attentive. Tents were beautiful, safari well organised. Would definitely stay again

Stay in an air-conditioned tent at Tiger Machan, which is 1.5 km from Rathambore National Park. With the wild jungle on one side, the property has its own restaurant. Tiger Machan is in the ideal location, set back from the main town and a 5-minute drive from the safari entrance. The property sits next to Zone 5, and they organized a walk where we enjoyed amazing views and saw antelope and hyenas. Someone else even spotted a leopard during our stay. The staff are welcoming and friendly, dinner is offered either a la carte or as a buffet with a good variety of dishes. They also arranged a bonfire with entertainment after dinner on one of the nights, and overall it was the perfect place to stay.
