Excellent option for staying very central in Otranto but with some space for the kids and with the feeling of being in the countryside. Very good value for money and everything needed for a comfortable stay. Spaces are very well maintained and excellent bar with very friendly service. Would highly recommend.

If you’re expecting a luxury villa, this may not be the place for you… but if you appreciate simplicity, tranquility, and the outdoors, you’ll fall in love with it. The owner, Pierfrancesco, is a true host – kind, passionate, and always eager to make your stay special. He treated us to a unique vineyard experience, enthusiastically explaining the different grape varieties and letting our children take part in the harvest. The campsite also offers delightful social moments: the pool bar staff are always polite and friendly, and one evening we enjoyed artisanal pizzas and wine from their own vineyard, with a stunning moon above us and horses in the background. Truly a postcard scene. The location is another highlight: just 10 minutes from the crystal-clear sea of Pulsano, and about 20 minutes from Grottaglie, the ceramics capital, and the beautiful historic city of Taranto. A perfect base to explore some of Puglia’s finest treasures. This is a place to experience with a light footprint, remembering that we are guests of nature – not the other way around. If you seek silence, the scent of the pines, and magical evenings under the stars, this place will capture your heart. If you prefer urban comforts and are not willing to adapt to a natural setting, it’s better to choose somewhere else. For us, Masseria Monticchio was a precious experience we will carry in our hearts. 💚

The location is very good, near many interesting beach sites. The staff was generally friendly, however, not helpful in many cases. The olive trees and vegetation made the staying more pleasurable. The animators at the swimming pool were a very welcome activity specially for family with young and teen kids. Restorant was ok in service and quality and its staff very friendly and helpful.
