Segunda vez en este hermoso lugar, sus cabañas son hermosas, limpias y amplias, sus áreas comunes bastante calidas y hasta tienen hamacas. El servicio de restaurante es siempre muy bueno. Es increíble caminar por este lugar. Quedan dos tiendas de abarrotes muy cerca. La atención de la familia es increíble en general pero se debe hacer mención aparte a don Enrique, siempre dispuesto a contar alguna historia y definitivamente a Topche, una persona hermosa en todos los aspectos, su calidez es indescriptible. Tienen una pequeña área de artesanías. Todo muy bien con este lugar.

Cabaña de piedra y bambú en la selva está ubicado en Palenque y tiene alojamiento con vistas a la montaña, una pileta al aire libre, un jardín y una terraza. We absolutely loved it! Everything looks exactly as shown in the pictures, no exaggerations. It is in the middle of the jungle - if you’re lucky you can even see the monkeys jumping from tree to tree. Everything was super clean and the staff was exceptional. We could contact them any time for recommendations which turned out to be really good (Thank you again, Elias). You need to be aware that the cabin is inside a gated area and quite far from the entrance (not really in waking distance). That means you either need a rental car or the phone number of a local taxi driver at hand to be able to get away from the cabin. But for us, this was what it was all about. It was amazing to be far away and in the middle of the jungle. If you’re up for that, you will definitely enjoy your stay to the fullest! Highly recommended.

Ubicado a 8,6 km de Zona Arqueológica Palenque, Villas del Carmen Hostal ofrece una pileta al aire libre, un jardín y alojamiento con aire acondicionado, terraza y wifi gratis. Quiet, often silent, yet a short distance from centro, a river swimming hole, and the ruins. 50MXN taxi from town at most. Huge pool, wildlife, ability to cook or make coffee, refrigerator in kitchen, agua pura available. Friendly staff and owner.
