Mäevaatega Cabaña de piedra y bambú en Välibasseini, aia ja terrassiga La selva asub Palenque varemetest umbes 4,4 km kaugusel. We absolutely loved it! Everything looks exactly as shown in the pictures, no exaggerations. It is in the middle of the jungle - if you’re lucky you can even see the monkeys jumping from tree to tree. Everything was super clean and the staff was exceptional. We could contact them any time for recommendations which turned out to be really good (Thank you again, Elias). You need to be aware that the cabin is inside a gated area and quite far from the entrance (not really in waking distance). That means you either need a rental car or the phone number of a local taxi driver at hand to be able to get away from the cabin. But for us, this was what it was all about. It was amazing to be far away and in the middle of the jungle. If you’re up for that, you will definitely enjoy your stay to the fullest! Highly recommended.

Quiet, often silent, yet a short distance from centro, a river swimming hole, and the ruins. 50MXN taxi from town at most. Huge pool, wildlife, ability to cook or make coffee, refrigerator in kitchen, agua pura available. Friendly staff and owner.

Centro Ecoturistico Ya'ajche on hea koht, kus rahulikult Lacanjá linnas peatuda. Kämpingut ümbritsevad vaated jõele. Majutusasutusel on aed, terrass ja parkla. Great location and staff! Very friendly - excellent!!!
