This was the best campsite we have ever visited in our life :) The campsites are large - hectares of private land in a very peaceful and safe natural environment. The private bathroom was clean, water was hot. We could cook our meals on the open fire. At the reception we could relax, have a nice beer. The reception itself is also wonderful with a lot of artwork. It is evident from all the beautiful details that this place is a real passion and mission of the owners. The lady was very kind and provided useful information on the places to visit. They have some own hiking trails - all wonderful :) This place was such a wonderful and peaceful experience, fully recommended!

Camp Gecko - PRIVATE NATURE RESERVE; TENTED CAMP AND CAMPSITE se nachází v destinaci Solitaire a nabízí zahradu, terasu, vybavení pro grilování a výhled na hory. Camp Gecko is one of the best memories of our trip! The setting of the large, comfortable tents in the quiet of the desert; the fantastic dinner braai packs with venison steak, salad, home-made bread and even a dessert (as we were not set up for camping, we were given crockery to use for our meal); the swim in the fish pond/pool with mountains in the background; the long shared breakfast table, where we met interesting fellow travellers. The owner Anna and Ernst at reception, who were both lovely, and the beer in the fridge there which was always cold :). We are seriously considering going back there for a longer stay!

The fact that Kronenhof is located slightly away from the main routes is exactly what gives it its special charm. The private campsite is beautifully equipped with a spacious, luxurious bathroom and a large covered terrace. There are great facilities for grilling and campfires, as well as a laundry area for clothes. Just a short walk away, you'll find a small pool with refreshingly cool and clear water – perfect for relaxing. We were warmly welcomed and felt completely at home during our stay.

Sossus Oasis Campsite se nachází v destinaci Sesriem a nabízí venkovní bazén. Sesriem Canyon je 5 km daleko. Na místě je k dispozici soukromé parkoviště. Perfektní místo, jednoduchý check-in. Oceňuji, že má každé stání vlastní záchod, sprchu a "kuchyňku". Lokalita - top!

Namib Desert Campsite se nachází v destinaci Solitaire. Na místě je k dispozici soukromé parkoviště. Clean private ablution block with hot shower and toilet.

Neuhof Portion 2 Campsite se nachází v destinaci Sesriem a poskytuje vybavení pro grilování a výhled do zahrady. Všechny ubytovací jednotky mají terasu s výhledem na hory. Great spot. Pin is wrong though
