Everything. It was an absolutely gorgeous property and even though attached to the main residence it was very private. Our host had thought of everything from board games for the kids to breakfast items in the fridge. An absolute gem.

Fantastic home stay. A reasonably priced, really warm and comfortable large house. Great kitchen, living room and bathrooms. Plenty for five guests. Daniel kindly put the fire on for us when we went for dinner. Helped us arrange taxis and nothing was too much trouble. Highly Recommend Brookfield lodge.

What can I say, when I was looking for accomodation in Donegal I never thought I'd find a place like The Blue House. Everything about this place is wonderful, from the ease of checking in and out, to the cleanliness and facilities. Where it is situated is the perfect place for a get away from everyday life which is exactly what we were after. A local pub just a couple of minutes walk away was fantastic and the staff so friendly and Donegal centre just 10mins drive, what more could a person ask for. We will definitely be returning The Blue House.

Host was really wonderful. She made sure we had a smooth check in. Location was really beautiful nestled between the mountains and surrounded by sheep. The sound of the rain hitting the cabin roof was a bonus. Nice warm shower and access to Netflix too!
