The property was wonderful. well equipped kitchen, enough space to put your stuff. self check in and check out. you can watch and even pet the animals on the farm. And on top of all Borgarnes is a very interesting and beautiful place. though the property is a few kilometers away. its a must visit.

One of the coolest places I've ever stayed! Ragna & Sigbjörn were so kinda and hospitable. I also woke up in the middle of the night and looked out the window and caught the Aurora borealis directly over the farm. I loved seeing the horses and playing with the dogs. The cabin was warm and cozy with plenty of room. I would definitely stay here again.

The property was very clean and cozy and had all the cooking essentials. The geothermal hot tub was a bonus :) perfect for a night in!

After the long drive on the gravel road late in the afternoon, it was very comforting when we stepped into our cabin. It was warm and inviting, filled with little touches here and there that really make it feel like a home away from home Although it seems out of the way, after the 1st time, all the other times driving in don't seems so bad The cabin was beautifully decorated, has everything we need to cook our meals, big windows with views of the fields. The cabin is in such a beautiful, secluded location but also with easy access to all the surrounds and Reykavik. It had everything we needed and more for a six night stay and we were all really pleased. Highly recommend. The nearby Troll Cafe did really tasty food with friendly service. Also recommend the Troll walk and taking a visit slightly inland to the Lava cave and waterfalls.
