Very nice staff. Good restaurant and delicious breakfast. We got a free upgrade to a better bungalow. The accommodation had a wonderful atmosphere. Lots of hammocks, beautiful interior and lovely dogs. We admired numerous palm trees and listened to the sound of the sea. We liked the quiet, almost deserted beach. There are far fewer traders than on other beaches.

I absolutely loved my stay here. The staff are extremely friendly and kind (they'll even teach you Swahili if you ask 😉). The bungalow felt like a tropical paradise and the location is superb, a short walk to the beach. There's also a friendly pup that hangs around and loves pats. For us nature-lovers, this was a dream accomodation, surrounded by nice forest with lots of birds, monkeys, bushbabies etc. The entrance of the national park is only 200 m away. The room was prepared very nicely with flowers on the bed etc. Hotel staff were extremely nice, calm and very helpful. We tried several local items on the menu in the restaurant, and we simply LOVED the food, which was excellent and reasonably priced. If you dine there, you must try the swahili selection!
