We absolutely loved our stay! We had this hotel recommended from one of my Danish friends who stayed here three years ago and stated it was a highlight of her trip in Bolivia. Having travelled for 7 weeks in South America now, we can also say that this is a key highlight of our trip! We stayed in the Suite with Jacuzzi and it was stunning. The attention to detail in the rooms made us feel very cozy and at ease from the get go. We can highly recommend booking this room if you want a huge window with a nature view and the most relaxing setting. The Jacuzzi fits two people and you will have views of the beautiful lake. The staff was so helpful and accommodated all our requests be it tea to the room, an extra night, arranging baggage service or routes to walk around the island- thank you! As we booked a second night we changed rooms as the Suite with Jacuzzi was unavailable. We stayed in a Double Room which was also very nice. All in all, treat yourself to a stay here!

It was such a treat waking up for sunrise and seeing it from bed. Having breakfast brought to our room was such a nice touch too. The lady running the place was lovely and had good reccomendations for a spot to watch the sunset.

Located in Comunidad Yumani in the Isla del Sol Island region, Inti Illimani Lodge features a garden. The property has lake and garden views. A à la carte breakfast is available daily at the lodge. Amazing views! The floor to ceiling windows let you see the beautiful lake at all times in the room. Beds were comfy, heater works well to keep you warm, and hot shower was nice after a long exploring the island from north to south. We also appreciate the hosts being communicative and helpful, despite our broken Spanish. We had breakfast served in our room which was a perfect start to the day, especially accompanied by the gorgeous sunrise views.

This was a lovely spot with a beautiful view. The outdoor area was a very nice area to sit and relax. We were greeted by a lovely lady and her daughter and they brought up coffee when we arrived which was very kind. The breakfast was great as well. The bed was very comfortable and we had a great sleep. I also caught the most beautiful sunrise, that alone made it incredibly worth it!

Oscar was so nice to us. He made us a great meal. The trout was fantastic. In the morning also we got a great breakfast. He treated us as kings. The view was also fantastic. Please ask Oscar to organize the mulls for your coffins. It is quite a walk to all the hotels. Utasawa is quit near compared to other hotels.

If you want what is arguably the best view on Isla del Sol right from your hotel room then look no further 🤩 – the room was also nice and warm, with a comfortable bed. The location of the hotel is also excellent, especially if you're doing the popular "2 day / 1 night Copacabana + Isla del Sol" itinerary, as you can easily hike the south part of the island on the first day, and then do the south–north through hike (or the opposite) on the second day. The host can even help you with luggage logistics for a small fee in case you're pressed for time due to the boat schedules. Plus, the price even included breakfast which was great!
