Comfortable Accommodation: Phazama Farm in Maun offers a chalet with a sun terrace, garden, and free WiFi in public areas. Katja has been helping us all the time we have been there.....but also, after leaving her farm. We are super happy with her support and assistance. Long life to your farm and project, guys.

The morning walk with Thomas the guide was fascinating, excellent birder. Saw 3 Pells fishing owls. Met all expectations of what a lodge on the Okavango should be.

The hotel looks well taken care of and neat and clean. The rooms are well furnished and the bathroom was fine. It has a bar/restaurant were we ate several times and food was always plentiful and good. It's well organized and the staff is the most friendly and helpful at all times. Whenever we had a question or request they would find a solution and help immediately. We got extra service from the shuttle as it was rather far from the shops, it was given to us for free.

They are incredibly nice, professional and simply lovely people. I was fortunate enough to speak with the resort manager as he was doing his rounds. Never had that experience before in any hotel, irrespective of location. So here's a huge 🙌👊 to everyone at the resort for demonstrating world class customer service.
