Featuring a sauna, Ca da Viola is located in Cavagnago. 42 km from Bellinzona Train Station and 42 km from Three Castles of Bellinzona, the property provides a garden and barbecue facilities. We were having a familly roadtrip and were looking for a get together place, comfy and quiet. Guess what we found, the best option, a lovely chalet with a lot of charm and space, several bedrooms for a bit of intimacy, nice bathrooms and a charming terrasse, all in simplicity. The access is quite simple and not far away from the main road, the view is amasing, and the village is very calm. We would certainly return! All that without mentioning the hospitality of the owner, that welcomed us warmly and showed the place around, made sure that we had all we needed. We recommend the place 100% and would like to again thank the owner for the amasing stay we had.

This was an awesome place to stay. Great communication and the chalet was perfect. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, large outdoor space, and we loved the authenticity of the chalet. We would love to come back and stay again with more friends. It was also a close walk to restaurants and grocery stores.

We found it to be an excellent value and home base for area hiking and day trips south to Bellinzona and north to Gotthard Pass. Spacious and relaxing, the recently renovated chalet is well crafted and maintained. Romano is an excellent host and made sure our stay was comfortable and provided detailed advice on activities that aligned with our interests.
