The location was amazing. Right on the creek, quiet, 1 minute walk to the lake to swim. We really didn't interact with staff much so can't comment on that.

We loved it, this is a true cabin in woods with a few short hiking paths around. Very cozy and silent, with lots of birds, and it’s chill here even during warmer days. Just in the middle between the town and various hot springs. Perfect for a contemplative getaway experience for a couple.

There is quite a steep drive up but it is manageable and worth it when you get to the top. The firewood and fire was great and little kitchenette and large fridge were perfect for cooking meals. Lago Ranco is very close and has a large supermarket and fruit grocers to stock up on before you arrive.

The view from every window and terrace was of the forest. The terrace also has a view of the river. We were only there one night so we didn’t get to enjoy the space fully. The cabin itself is also lovely with a rustic wooden design. Simple but comfortable.

Oriana was extremely sweet. She was so kind to my partner, it almost brought tears to my eyes. The cabana itself was super cool: constructed almost purely of wood with a wrap around balcony. The hot tub was great! Kitchen was wonderful. Would definitely stay there again.
