The location was amazing. Right on the creek, quiet, 1 minute walk to the lake to swim. We really didn't interact with staff much so can't comment on that.

The cabin was sooo cozy and the perfect size! Location is great and the scenery in the area was beautiful. We also loved the fuzzy neighbor who stopped by to say hi and get some pets. It had everything we needed for our stay plus more.

We had some cold days and nights and Sergio always made sure we had lots of wood and the fire was always on. The house was super warm and incredibly cozy, and has everything you need. It is one of the most beautiful settings we have ever stayed in. I cannot wait to go back and would recommend these cabañas to anyone who is looking for somewhere to stay in Panguipulli. Set in Panguipulli, only 2km from the Huilo Huilo Biological Reserve, Patagonia Mawida offers private self-catering bungalows with a terrace. The landscape is beautiful! The view from every window and terrace was of the forest. The terrace also has a view of the river. We were only there one night so we didn’t get to enjoy the space fully. The cabin itself is also lovely with a rustic wooden design. Simple but comfortable.

Oriana was extremely sweet. She was so kind to my partner, it almost brought tears to my eyes. The cabana itself was super cool: constructed almost purely of wood with a wrap around balcony. The hot tub was great! Kitchen was wonderful. Would definitely stay there again.
