Set in Puerto Nariño, Jungle Cabin - Satorilodge offers accommodation with a garden, free WiFi, a 24-hour front desk, and a shared kitchen. First of all, the community where the place is located is super safe—just like a typical village with chickens freely wondering around. I stopped locking my door the day after I arrived, once I realized how calm and peaceful it was. As a solo female traveler I value safety very much. Satori is located closer/deeper to the jungle so it is even calmer, and you can start your hike right at the gate. Sometimes monkeys would come to the site and I could watch them while having my breakfast/lunch. Secondly, I was amazed by the owner, a true animal lover and sustainability enthusiast. They handled everything themselves—gardening, improving the land, and preparing delicious breakfasts. Communication was easy. From the moment I made the booking, they provided a ton of useful information—like the boat schedule and more. I asked, and they arranged boat tickets and guided tours for me. Keep in mind, I don’t speak any Spanish! By the end of my stay, it felt like I was saying goodbye to a friend. Amazing people. The cabin was clean, equipped with a comfortable bed and mosquito net, fan, shelves and electrical outlets. When I wasn't hiking or touring, I enjoyed relaxing in my hammock outside the cabin. They also have decent Wi-Fi. There was a road construction down the road (village part), so I needed to detour (around 5 min walk). It should be gone in a month or so.

Martin and the staff are very friendly, and they really try to help you as much as they can. I loved the location of the lodge which gives you a genuine experience of being in the middle of the jungle. The cabins are comfortable enough and blend perfectly with the surroundings.

The perfect place for some rainforest relaxation. Jhon coordinated everything prior to our arrival, including boat to/from Mocagua and tours. On arrival we were met by Nelson and transported to the location by boat and 15 min walk (high water season). We did several activities, most within walking distance of the accommodation. Standout was the Cocoa Route, harvesting and processing chocolate from their own trees. The place is owned by a local family and they were lovely (even with our poor Spanish).

Hotel Amazon er staðsett í hjarta Leticia, í nokkurra mínútna fjarlægð frá Amazon-ánni á landamærum Kólumbíu, Peru og Brasilíu. Það býður upp á heitan pott, nuddþjónustu og rúmgóða bústaði. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was simple but clean and comfortable, including air conditioning. The included breakfast was great!

Cuchira Lodge is situated in Leticia and offers a terrace. With garden views, this accommodation features a balcony. Guests at the lodge can enjoy an American breakfast.
