There are SO many great sodas and places to eat at in town, we didn't necessarily want to pay for included breakfast. The kitchenette was perfect, and we could re-heat leftovers etc, but it really felt more like staying at our own place. We hardly saw another person (staff or guests, but we know they were there!) the whole time, and it was so peaceful. Staff was very responsive to questions via Whatsapp, and the instructions for getting in and out of the gate/ parking area/ keys etc were very clear.

It isn't just a place to sleep, it's a place to explore, to learn (not only about yourself but about the natural world around you), it's a place to truly channel that pura vida energy, and all of this was possible for us because of the owner, Jay. He's an incredible host and always doing the most! If you have the opportunity to stay here, please take part in the night tour - it was truly one of the many highlights of our trip; we learned so much about the jungle and it's hidden wonders! Breakfast was always so delicious and they were incredibly accommodating to my partner's celiac disease and provided gluten free alternatives. Overall, we had an incredible time here, what a special place. We will never forget it!

Το Las Pavitas Arenal Suites διαθέτει καταλύματα με δωρεάν WiFi, κήπο με βεράντα και θέα στο βουνό. Beautiful uninterrupted view of the Arenal volcano and valley. Quiet, rural setting with a few cabins nearby. The bedroom had double windows opening on to the patio. It was a good size with 2 comfortable queen beds and a put up bed for a child. Aircon was only in the bedroom, it was quiet and efficient. There was a large shower unit with lots of hot water. Cushioned seats and a table were on a covered patio which was large enough to use during a downpour. The settee in the living area was a good size. The kitchen has a full sized freestanding cooker with 4 rings , a microwave, rice steamer, and mini oven grill, coffee machine and kettle. Cooking utensils were limited to spoons/ slice and a knife. There were plenty of pans & a colander. The 11kg load washing machine was a bonus. Daniel was quick to respond, friendly and helpful. We were delighted when he introduced us to Freddy a local sloth at the end of the drive.
