Horizon Lodge Potrero er staðsett í Potrero, 2,4 km frá Potrero-ströndinni, og býður upp á gistingu með útsýnislaug, ókeypis einkabílastæði, garði og grillaðstöðu. While most of the units were occupied during our stay, we felt like we had the place to ourselves. Every morning we drank our coffee on the deck by the pool with beautiful views of the ocean and a few rainbows. We had the pool to ourselves whenever we used it. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of storage and space in the unit. I could see staying here for an extended period of time.

Welcoming and friendly staff who cooked breakfast and dinner as we like it. The secluded location off the beaten track. As we were early in the season, we had the whole resort for ourselves (the staff left during the day and the night, which felt a bit strange during the first night as we wondered whether we were safe).

The location of the hotel was great, a little far from San Jose airport, so I would reccomend to land at Liberia airport, which is only a 90 minute drive. However, it was in a private area and very safe, with a 5 minute walk to the beach. Everything else was amazing and succeed and of my expectations.

Mundo Milo Eco Lodge er umkringt frumskógi og býður upp á viðarveitingastað, skála með Palapa-þaki og sundlaug. Það er staðsett í 350 metra fjarlægð frá Juquillal-ströndinni. Perfect place to stay with kids, we saw more animals around the hotel than at some national parks. Nice clean rooms and tasty food. Very friendly and cooperative staff made us reconsider our plans which made significant positive impact on our journey ( we finally spotted toucan at Vieja national park at the very last day, never seen my daughter that happy😀)

Cabañas Cañas Castilla er staðsett við strendur Sapoa-árinnar og í 10 mínútna akstursfjarlægð frá bænum La Cruz. Það er með útsýni yfir eldfjallið Króló og boðið er upp á dagsferðir til Nikaragúa. Very Nice place. The finca is very beautifull. The surroundings are fantastic. You can do trails. We saw howler monkeys, Spider monkeys, bull frogs, a tucan and a Jesus christ lizard running over the water. We only stayed 1 night before crossing the border to Nicaragua. Wish we could have stayed a few days!

The room and its magnificent view were exeptional, seeing the sunrise from your bed. The owners did everything to make our stay exeltional. Thank you!
