Absolutely beautiful. Our favourite stay so far. The site is phenomenal - we explored the grounds and loved the nature. The staff were amazing they went above and beyond. Cabin was beautiful and totally allowed disconnection from the world. Lovely breakfast - all fresh from the garden. We loved it.

Jessica and Elizabeth were wonderful hosts. The jungle sounds are comforting and civilization feels far away. We stayed an extra night to enjoy it again.

Playa Negra Guesthouse is located in Cahuita, right in front of the beach. All units feature a seating area. Some units have a terrace and/or balcony with pool or garden views. The location is serene, beautiful, quiet and directly across from the beach. Yellow cottage was fantastic with the big covered porch. The owners Marise and Peter wonderful and so helpful with taxi, tours. It is like a nature preserve.

Situated 5 km awayfrom Cahuita in the Limon Region and 18 km from Puerto Viejo, Passion Fruit Lodge boasts an outdoor pool and views of the tropical garden. Cocles is 20 km from the property. The place is very calm with a beautiful garden. It is well maintained, also you can see multiple species of birds, heard howler monkeys around. The pool area is also great when it’s not raining 😀 It has a parking space. Overall, a perfect place, I would rebook.

Offering a year-round outdoor pool and tropical garden, La Rana De Cahuita is set 5 km away from the centre of Cahuita. Puerto Viejo is 18 km from the property. the garden is wonderful. there are trees, plants and birds. the bungalow is very cute, functional and well equipped. the beds are very good quality. we loved our terrace with the armchairs and the hammock. the swimming pool is very pleasant and everything is very clean. this is the best place to stay in cahuita. you will hear the animals of the forest and you will be able to rest.
