Sometimes people can’t be bothered to write reviews , however having such a wonderful stay with the fantastic staff and owners we feel obligated to try to put into words what a truly magnificent time we had at the Paradise Lodge Apartments. What a fantastic place and it all started each day with a wonderful breakfast. First a plate of fresh fruit picked right from the property, then a choice of omelet , scrambled eggs, sunny side up, or simple toast and jam made to order with a delicious side of rice and beans, fresh avocado, queso frito, and bacon. plus orange juice and delicious Costa Rican Coffee. From the moment we arrived the hospitality was excellent, taking our bags from the car to our super clean and spacious room and making sure we had everything we needed. The apartments are in side of a gated property which will give you a strong sense of security and safety, with ample parking very close to the rooms. The property is aptly named as it is truly a slice of paradise. From the little porch outside the rooms to the beautiful grounds and swimming pool every detail is spectacularly maintained. We wish we were able to spend more time on the property which I am sure we will do next time as we had some business to attend to on this trip so we weren’t able to enjoy the property as much as we would of liked. We did however find the time to explore the beautiful property including the shorter of the trails that go around the property. We just cant say enough about the fantastic time we had at this location. If your going to this area of Costa Rica stay at Paradise Lodge…. You wont regret it….

Curuba Lodge poskytuje zahradu, terasu a pokojovou službu. Cerro de la Muerte je 33 km odtud. V ubytování je dostupné bezplatné Wi-Fi a na místě je k dispozici soukromé parkoviště. The hosts are super nice and will help you with arranging anything. They gave us very helpful tips about guided tours and hiking trails nearby. We recommend to get breakfast and dinner there, it is really good and freshly prepared.

Las Bromelias Lodge se nachází v destinaci Paso Macho a má bezplatné Wi-Fi, neplacené soukromé parkoviště a výhled na hory. Cerro de la Muerte se nachází 28 km odtud. Krásná dřevěná chatka, s krbem, za skvělé peníze, kde skoro nic nechybí.

El Toucanet Lodge & Restaurante poskytuje restauraci, zahradu, terasu a bar. Národní park Manuel Antonio se nachází 47 km odtud. The land and the gardens are amazing. The views from the balcony were also great, specially for birdwatching. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was kind and very focused on the details.

Trogon Lodge se nachází 1,5 km od centra města San Gerardo de Dota a 9 km od národního parku Los Quetzales. Má velkou zahradu, terasu a gril. Pokoje mají terasu a vlastní koupelnu se sprchou. Beautiful lodge with absolutely stunning gardens filled with deliciously smelling flowers and odorant blossom trees and avocado trees - thus also full of colibris and even quetzals. Paradise in the cloudforest! All staff go out of their way for guests and are extremely professionnal, courteous and kind. On a rainy and chilly night we came back to hot water bottles on our beds and appreciated the attention so much. A special mention should be given to the landscaping and gardening staff thanks to whom the place is such an Eden. I hope they get regular raises! Rooms were comfy and spotlessly clean, the breakfast delicious and plentiful and the other meals we took there were also excellent. The café also has some lovely choices.

Chalet Mira Cumbres se nachází v destinaci Rivas a může se pochlubit výhledem do zahrady. Cerro de la Muerte se nachází jen 13 km odtud. Perfect tiny house perched at +2000m high in the mountains with an unbeatable view on the valley below all the way to the Pacific Ocean. Hard to beat if you want some quiet, or hike in the mountains. It's small but functionnal, clean, with proper hot water and easy access. The hosts live nearby and have been very responsive. Pura Vida!

Extremely immaculate and "high gloss" state-of-the-art facility. No other five star facility can outshine this place. Gleaming floors and interior, high-end furnishings, and Four Seasons quality beds. Commerce, i.e. stores and banks, are a very short distance away. The comfort of this boutique hotel is unsurpassed by anywhere i have ever stayed. It truly feels like home.

Spotlessly clean newly modernly renovated property in great Escazu location, nice common area, conference room, this specific loft had a small very well equipped kitchen as well which was great with the kids. Great value for money.

Most wonderful place I have visited, in the middle of nowhere but still in the middle of a paradise. Lovely and flexible owners and very warm welcoming.
