Hot water worked very well. Large common space by the lake side, you can enjoy the view all the day. Most notably the hotel has its own boat, which gave us a very unique experience as we were able to enjoy the sunrise from the boat and drive out onto the lake near the Abu Simbel temple. Also the hotel can arrange various shuttle service to Aswan at reasonable rates. I accidentally left a pair of pants in the closet, and the owner kindly kept them and finally handed them to my friend. Everything was exceptionally great, and I will be back to stay again!
