This was an amazing stay for our short trip to Granada. The cabin is spotlessly clean, comfortable, and quiet. It has all the amenities you need for your stay. The host, Santiago (Manuela’s husband), helped us with parking our car, luggage, and showing us around. He also gave us the best tips of what to do with the time we had available, where to park, and good places to eat. The location is just 8 minutes away from Granada, but the benefits are huge with the pool, fabulous view, and quiet surroundings. We wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend this accommodation when you are visiting Granada! The bonus truly was the warm hospitality we received from the hosts!!

We enjoyed the incredible views during the day and the warm fireplace at night. We were there for three days and went on a different hike each day. We also enjoyed the seclusion. Due to the time of year, first week in February, there wasn't anyone else in the area except for the home owner, whom we would see typically in the afternoon when we returned from our hike. The closest village was Prada Maguilla, which appeared closed down for the winter. The only 'residents ' we saw there were two friendly donkeys. If you have a chance to visit and are into hiking, I suggest the Puntal de la Mira hike, which provides the most amazing 360 views when you get to the top where the refuge is located. Be sure the weather is good if you're there during the winter months. Although we had a sunny day, there was some leftover snow and cooler breezes from time to time.

The host was in contact prior to the stay and the property did not disappoint in any way it was absolutely idyllic and we just cannot wait to book again in the spring. We had only booked one night and was not happy about that as it is somewhere you could spend many days. There were excellent walks and hikes but unfortunately for us we picked a day of exponential rain. We loved staying at MiCielo. They had loads of things for the kids to do. The family was very welcoming and helped with anything we needed.

Chalet en Matalascañas a 300 metros de la playa ligger ca. 43 km fra Muelle de las Carabelas. Her er balkon, kedel og havudsigt. It was a great property, it was really clean and had lots of amenities. It was also close to the beach and the supermarket!
