Mallo’s Lodge is beautiful - tastefully decorated with an eclectic mix of trinkets, a comfortable sofa and sunny balconies. It is conveniently located just a three-stop bus ride from the station and a short walk to the historic centre. The apartment is close to a supermarket as well as many cafés and restaurants. A great selection of brochures and maps was provided, making it easy to explore everything Colmar had to offer during our stay. Barbara is a wonderful host. With a French railway strike looming, she stayed in touch for several days beforehand to keep us updated. She personally greeted us on arrival, handed over the keys and showed us through this lovely apartment. This was such an enjoyable stay . . thank you Barbara and Mallo's Lodge.

Sitting outside in the garden, on the terrace, there is also a nice kitchen, and a lovely indoor sitting area with a supply of good wine and a view of the little river. We enjoyed our stay very much.
