The host was really helpful and made the accommodation so welcoming for us. Bed was extremely comfortable and the chalet was modern and cosy. Great to have a kitchen. The bathroom was lovely with a big shower and plenty of hot water. Although we didn't have the weather to be able to use it, there was a little outdoor seating area which would be great in summer. We will look forward to staying again.

On Season 4 of BBC 1 s BEYOND PARADISE - Prospect House is TWO PRIVATE APARTMENTS in this 17 th CENTURY COTTAGE - Apartment 2 has a KIDS CABIN BUNK ROOM - Book both apartments for ONE LARGE HOUSE with... Close to everything we needed and a little shop right next door . The Jolly Sailor Pub is across the road and does very good homemade food until 8pm . Very friendly.

At 996 feet on top of Caradon Hill, Wheal Tor Hotel & Glamping is the highest inn in Cornwall. Boasting stunning views, it offers rooms with moorland access, free Wi-Fi, and full English breakfasts. Everything about our visit exceeded our expectations. The food quality was phenomenal, the staff were always ready to assist and the views where incredible. The surrounding area is easily accessible, the Eden Project only being a 40 minute drive away. We decided to "splurge" on Christmas dinner all cooked by one of the owners and it was the best 3 and a half hours of eating we have ever experienced. If you like nachos these are the best we have ever tasted and honestly we would do the 5 + hour drive for them alone! We look forward to visiting again. Best Christmas ever!

The hideaway is cozy, clean and comfortable and the owners were extremely friendly and full of great recommendations for different places to visit.
