We stayed for 4 adults, might be packed but manageable. Hot water was enough for the family. Property has everything u needed. Very warm blanket, bed & good sofa bed. Super clean place, no smell at all. Projector screen was a plus for night activities. Moreover, was the staff.. He is very sympathetic to the situation that we might could not make it due to road closures. However, we finally made it. A+ for this property. A once in a lifetime MUST!!

We’ve stayed in Arsha View last summer and we have been mesmerised by the warm welcome and great accomodations! This time it was all the same, but with mountains covered with snow and twinkling lights on the small firs. The house was warm, we had enough blankets to cover the entire place, also no problem with hot water or any electrical supplies. All in all - best New Years ever!

Our stay was unforgettable, mainly thanks to the breathtaking view of Kazbegi peak – visible right from the bed! Waking up to such a stunning panorama was truly special. The terrace also offered incredible mountain views, making it the perfect spot to relax. We appreciated the convenience of private parking in the garden, and the host was exceptionally kind and supportive throughout our stay.

Everything was amazing! From making the booking to leaving today! Cottage was incredible as well as the hot tub and sauna. The staff are incredible and nothing was too much! All amenities are provided, small supermarket is around 15-20 min walk with some lovely restaurants. There is also a restaurant partnered with the cottages who can arrange for food delivery - super helpful on the cold nights! Was a lovely few days away, highly recommend this stay- we would love to come back during spring / summer to explore more!

The hotel was comfortable, the bed was good, room was clean, everything is provided, a kitchen, plates, cups, towels nothing was left out. The staff were really friendly and accomodating, even storing our stuff after we checked out and went hiking. The location is great, the best view I've ever had from a hotel, you can see all the mountains and its near the Gergeti church. There's farms and animals nearby which I thought was cool, someone nearby owns a horse that roams around the street, the horse was really friendly.

You will see horses running from your bedroom window as you wake up, surrounded by magnificent scenery. We absolutely loved it and definitely recommend it over any other options in the area

Mariami made us feel so welcome and really took care to ensure that all was safe and well. We arrived during some heavy snow fall that made the drive from Tbilisi tricky even with a 4WD. The coziness, the fire, the majestic views that, with the lighting, change by the minute, and the excellent amenities made it a superb place to stay.
