The tiny house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The garden is very peaceful and relaxing. Communication with Svetlana was very good. She also prepared very tasty breakfast for us. It was a pity we only stayed for one night, it was one of the most welcoming places we stayed during our two weeks trip through Georgia. :)

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this cottage! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality by the hosts. They made us feel right at home and even surprised us with a bottle of their delicious homemade wine – such a thoughtful and personal touch! The cottage itself was spotlessly clean and very well-maintained. It was easy to find and had convenient parking right on-site, which made everything stress-free from the start. The kitchen was fully equipped with more than enough appliances and utensils – easily enough for 8 people, though we were only 5. It was perfect for cooking and enjoying meals together. The surroundings were breathtaking, with beautiful scenery all around – a true escape into nature. We especially loved sitting outside and just soaking in the peaceful atmosphere. One small issue we noticed was that the shower head wasn’t working upon arrival, but as soon as we mentioned it, the hosts immediately took care of it. By the second day, it was already fixed – fast, efficient, and much appreciated. Overall, we were extremely pleased with everything. The combination of comfort, cleanliness, great amenities, and such kind and attentive hosts made this one of our favorite stays ever. We’d absolutely love to come back again!

Beautiful, newly built cottage with the most lovely and welcoming host! Our balcony had lovely views of the mountain, it is situated in the centre of Mestia so easy access to everything, and it was easy to find a carpark just outside.also it was absolutely clean and comportable. The place is absolutely amazing – peaceful, with fresh air and the soothing sound of the river. Luka and his family gave us so much attention, and it was a real joy to stay with them. He is a fascinating person to talk to, and you can approach him about any topic. My family and I received such warm hospitality and unforgettable experiences that I will remember for many years. I truly hope to visit them again one day The location is also very convenient, close to restaurants and the city center. I wish Luka and his family continued success in developing their place and creating wonderful experiences for future guests

A wonderful cozy house in the mountains that has everything you need. The house is new, as well as all the appliances and furniture inside. We especially want to highlight the perfect cleanliness! The hostess is very welcoming and attentive. The small terrace offers a breathtaking view of the mountains. We highly recommend it and will definitely return!
