We had amazing hosts, they were there to answer any question that we had and help out. House is great, we were group of friends visiting Grobnik and we enjoyed our time in the House Podhum. House is very clean and has everything you need, host thought about every small detail. Hosts even turned on additional heating for us in advance, to make sure that once we arrived the house is warm and cozy. We felt like we were visiting family or friends. We will come to the House Podhum again for sure!

It’s much better than it seems and it was cleaned properly prior to our arrival. It has the perfect location - just a few steps to the sea, but at the same time very private. Since the property is fenced all around, our dog had a blast as well. Boris is one of the kindest host we have met on our travels. He welcomed us with a fridge, stocked with cold drinks, fresh fruit and snacks, and also brought us something from the bakery every morning! And he does that without being intrusive at all. I wish we could stay longer, but we are definitely returning next year to this underrated gem.

The silence, the absence of hectic, the space for ourselves 🤩👍👍 As mentioned before, the house is remote and „far away from civilization“ (but really fully equipped) - so no „just go for a swim or drop to a shop“… it’s a 30 min drive to the next swimming spot and an hour+ to the nearest supermarket (in Senj). If you have supplies and books and don’t mind to chill on the spot this house is perfect 🙌 The owners are super accommodating and helpful - Nino & Veronika were super responsive and even sent weather warnings over 👏

Modern Alpine Monsalbius Chalet nằm ở Baške Oštarije, có khu vườn, sân hiên và tiện nghi BBQ. The house is on the great location, it is spacious, cozy, suranded by beautiful nature. There was some equipment for children wich was great. The comunication with owners was easy and quick. We hade some issue with heating system but they reacted quickly and solved the situation. I would definitely stay there again.

Near accomomodation was grassland with free-living horses. It was beautiful. Accommodation provider was kind, nice and communicative. Accomodation was perfectly equipped.
