The Mangrove is ideal for a family or friends staycation. The cabins are tucked in a mangrove forest, and each can fit up to 5-6 pax. The beach is just right in front of the place with the cabins overlooking the beach itself. You can park your cars literally in front of the cabins. The owner is super friendly as well! The inside of the cabin is clean and cosy. Each cabin comes with a balcony furnished with tables and chairs, a barbecue pits, and a sink - perfect for your barbecue night! We brought our own portable stove and did some light cooking for breakfast. The wind from the sea is chilling, and you can enjoy the night enjoying the breeze while barbecuing and having some drinks.

Zara Lodge ligger i Bario. Dette landsted ligger i en bygning fra 2020 og har gratis privat parkering. Dette landsted har et fuldt udstyret køkken, spiseplads og tv. Really good food!!! :D The owner and staff are amazing! They were very lovely and even made us homemade donuts on the house!! The lodge is very spacious and comfy! We also rented a motorbike which was in very good condition. Absolutely recommend the place! 11/10 :D !!!

Jesselton Quay by Miraton Lodge 2 ligger i Kota Kinabalu, kun 18 minutters gang fra Filipino Market Sabah. Her er en udendørs swimmingpool, en have, en bar og gratis wi-fi. The room was clean. It has very beautiful view of half sea, half forest on level 30. The host was responsive, reply quick message made the communication easy. It located in a very good location, easy to get around and very close to the jetty to the islands.

Really friendly, hard working and down to earth family who want to make your stay as good as possible. The location is amazing and you can truly disconnect if you'd like. You can also find a balance and enjoy being in the middle of nowhere by the sea yet have wifi to still call your family or do some work. It's the best balance. The cabins are right on the beach so we spent most of our time chilling outside on the beds watching the sea, listening to music and sometimes cooling off by going for a quick dip. It's like a little disconnected paradise.

Located in Mantanani Island, GreenHouse Lodge provides accommodation with access to a garden. The property boasts reusable plastic materials, using energy-saving lighting and conserving rainwater. Fred and SP are great hosts. They picked us up, cooked delicious meals for us and their overall hospitality is unbeatable. Talking to them at dinner felt like having dinner with friends. The accommodation is clean and has everything you need (ventilation, big bathroom, free water, hammocks, etc.). The beach in front of the accommodation is breathtaking and good for snorkling. Overall the best place we have been to in Borneo!

The Last Frontier Boutique Resort ligger på en 100 meter høj bakke med udsigt over Kinabatangan Forest Reserve i Bilit, 2 timers kørsel fra den smukke Sandakan. This was a fantastic experience and stay - altogether. The attentiveness of Jason and the staff makes it feel like a 5 star hotel, whilst the location and rustic feel makes it feel like you are truly in the heart of the jungle. You fall asleep to a light breeze and the sounds of the jungle. My wife is pregnant and we were a bit worried about mosquito diseases - but Jason explained that the ridge at which the hotel is at has barely any mosquitoes because of the altitude. He also suggested a non deet mosquito spray that really works. We had 0 mosquito bites during our stay. I can’t get all the things into a review. But such a gem of a place. Thank all of you ❤️

Bayu Senja Lodge har udsigt til en have, gratis wi-fi og gratis privat parkering og ligger i Kundasang. staffs and owner are super kind, helpful and accomodating. The place has a great view and cosy. Best parts staffs were swift and efficient to help out when in need.

Borneo Jungle Adventure ligger i Kinabatangan i regionen Sabah og tilbyder indkvartering med gratis wi-fi og gratis privat parkering. Great location in middle of a protected forest, rich biodiversity and excellent guides that organize canoë rides and forest walks in which you get to see a lot! Our guide Mica was very professional and caring. We we're treated as family and everybody at the lodge made our stay a wonderful expérience.
