Breakfast was delicious every day - and we loved the thoughtful touch of getting a little extra treat each morning featuring traditional food. The owners really pay attention to detail and also offer a variety of activities for guests (at an additional cost). We tried a few and enjoyed them, but we were just as happy relaxing on our terrace. Such a calming and beautiful place - can highly recommended!:) P.S. The room, bathroom and terrace are spacious, clean and bright + there is hot water in the shower. The owners are nice and the breakfast is exeptional - big, many varieties to choose from, extra fruits on the side and other food on the menu too! Would definitely recommend and come again! The hotel is very quiet with a nice pool practically for you as there are only 6 rooms. The kitchen serves excellent quality food all the day: breakfast, lunch, dinner. We tasted 80% of the plates and they were delicious!! Better than going to Kuta. It's near Kuta but you will need a transport. The are no Grab cars in the area but there's a private driver living near the hotel called Han, really recommended!! Just ask for him in the reception.

The people (especially Daniel and his wife) were very kind and helpful and assisted us in all our planning and trips during the days we were here. We used haris homestay as a home base for our 2d1n Rinjani trek which they also organized and was an amazing experience. The food, service and hospitality we received during our stay here were something to write home about, we would recommend this place to anyone.

The bed was great, and the shower had good pressure and hot water. No AC needed, since Tetebatu is higher, so it is cooler. Hari (the owner) and Angi speak perfectly English, and even a bit of Spanish and Dutch! Everyone here is very welcoming, and all the 3 nights we stayed here, we played some cardgames in the evening with multiple members of the family. We did the walking tour with Eman and Jay, which was great! The surroundings are very beautiful. Also one night there was a open English course at Hari’s home, which is there twice a week to support the local community. You can help out if you want to, which we really liked. Thank you so much for your hospitality, we were sad we had to leave so soon already, but next time when we are in Indonesia we will definitely be back. Hati hati!
