We had a wonderful time during our stay at Oemah Tepi Sawah. It’s a very peaceful place surrounded by rice fields. The jungle around is spectacular, with many geckos, fireflies, and cicadas that we could hear and observe. Dewi and her team were incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful. They were preparing for us delicious, homemade food each day and helped to organize jungle trekking with guide and local transportation. We also met many wonderful people during our stay. It felt as if all the guests were not strangers to one another, but good neighbors and companions. The atmosphere was so warm and welcoming. A huge recommendation for all nature lovers!

Sirya Farm House ตั้งมีทำเลที่ตั้งอยู่ใน Meliling ของภูมิภาคบาหลีและสามารถไปวัดทานาห์ลอต ซึ่งห่างกันไม่เกิน 22 กม. First of all the family that runs the Farm house are the nicest people I ever met! They are welcoming and always help you when u need something! The food is also very good! If you want a quit place and experience the culture this is the place to go to! I would highly recommend a visit! And I’m definitely coming back!

Pondok Sulangai Villas by AGATA อยู่ห่างจากพิพิธภัณฑ์บลังโก เรอเนสซองส์ 30 กม. Very kind and hospitable owners. The bungalow was clean and comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay! The atmosphere was peaceful and surrounded by nature — exactly what we were looking for to relax and disconnect. Our cabin had a lovely view of the jungle and the pool — perfect for unwinding and enjoying the scenery. One of the highlights of our stay was the Balinese cooking class. We got to learn how to prepare traditional dishes with the help of a friendly and passionate local team. If you’re looking for a peaceful escape surrounded by nature, with a touch of Balinese culture, Bali Secret Jungle is the perfect place!

The best property I have stayed during my visit. And the calmness of the nature and the way the property is build by the owner and his own people it shows how much they love what they are doing. An absolute gem. Those who loves to stay away from noise and pollution this place is heaven. Also the people who run this are so kind and treat you like you are one of them. They make you fall in love with everything around you.

Excellent location away from the crowds with a magnificent view on the rice fields. Arta gave us a wonderful welcome and gave very good advices. There are some very beautiful walks to do near the accommodation.

I came to Sanda from Lovina, crossing winding mountain roads in the rain. Despite reading many reviews before booking, and being inspired by one in particular to stay for three nights, I still felt a bit uncertain during the journey. But the moment I arrived, those worries faded. Here, I felt once again the purest form of human trust. Even without speaking the same language, deep connection was possible—through a gesture, a glance, a shared smile. The atmosphere is incredibly calming, and the food gave me real energy, not just physically but emotionally. To be honest, I find it hard to put this experience fully into words. Sanda feels different from anywhere else in Bali. This is not a place for passive tourism—it gently asks something of you too. If you're looking for a space to be still, to read, to think, to meditate, or to unplug from social media and constant feedback, this is a rare and beautiful choice. I spent three days here reading and reflecting, allowing my life to pause. My conversations with Harry gave me a deeper understanding of plants—their fruits, their rhythms, their stories. December is durian season, and I know I will return. Time spent here feels like a gift. I hope you give yourself one too.

The Lookout Cabin in Pupuan Tabanan Bali ตั้งอยู่ห่างจากวัดทานาห์ลอต 43 กม. I loved the location — right across from the rice terraces. It’s very secluded and peaceful, with no noise and no road nearby. I slept really well; it’s quite cool there, which is another big plus compared to the hot south. I even slept under a warm blanket. The cottage itself is very beautiful, everything is made with love. The hosts offer breakfast for an additional fee, but if you plan to cook for yourself, bring your own food, as there’s almost nothing around. The only warung I wanted to go to for dinner was closed. However, there are two small shops nearby where you can buy some snacks.

The staff were really accomodating and nice, eventhough we were the only guests, they stayed for late-night and also allowed late-checkout for us.
