Rathgillen Cabin, a property with a garden, is situated in Nobber, 17 km from Navan Race Course, 19 km from St. Columba's Church, as well as 19 km from Kells Round Tower. We stayed there twice, one night at each end of our two-week holiday in Donegal. We found it a great place to spend our first night after a long flight to Dublin airport (which isn't too far away) and also for finishing off our trip in beautiful and relaxing surroundings. On previous trips to Ireland we'd stayed at other places in County Meath on our first and last nights and they had all been really good but Rathgillen Cabin has become our favourite. Peter, the host, is a very friendly and welcoming fella so we's love it if he'd come to stay with us at our home in Bulgaria some time. And the village has a handy shop, a great pub and a wonderful cafe where we had our final breakfast befor heading home. We were also delighted to discover that Nobber was the birthplace of the 17th Century blind harpist. Turlough O' Carolan whose music we've loved for a long time.

Boasting garden views, Dunderry Lodge Self Catering Family Lodges features accommodation with patio, around 7.9 km from Trim Castle. The lodge was beautiful, well decorated and exceptionally clean. The host was very friendly and helpful. There was an issue with the hot water prior to arriving, the host contacted me to let me know and offered to put me in another lodge until it was fixed the next day.

The Carranstown Lodge, a property with a garden and a bar, is situated in Duleek, 8.3 km from Bru na Boinne Visitor Centre, 12 km from Sonairte Ecology Centre, as well as 13 km from Dowth. Central location to suit our needs with a toddler and a small dog. Perfect for what we needed for an overnight stay in Duleek. We asked for a table and chairs to sit outside when the toddler was asleep and it was provided with ease. Excellent for parents of a young child. Big green to burn off extra energy before bed. We brought our own travel cot as discussed before our arrival and again was accommodated. We will be back.

Offering a garden and garden view, Balsoon Lodge is situated in Navan, 8.6 km from Trim Castle and 9.4 km from Solstice Arts Centre. The location perfect for the trip I had planned and the decorations around the house were amazing

Rathgillen Lodge, a property with a garden and a shared lounge, is situated in Nobber, 17 km from Navan Race Course, 19 km from St. Columba's Church, as well as 19 km from Kells Round Tower. This was a lovely comfortable clean lodge with everything needed. Very cosy a christmassey with a little tree up which we loved. The host Peter was a gentleman and helped us out big time to get us to a wedding as no taxi was available. We were greeted by Patch the dog on arrival she was the best!

Situated in Navan and only 5.3 km from Solstice Arts Centre, Mullaghbeag Lodge features accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. What I thought would just be a room, was like an entire half of a house. Stunning kitchen/living area with full facilities. Great Wifi and TV entertainment. Spacious and luxurious bedroom with great ensuite shower.
