Offering a garden and garden view, The Gatelodge, Hilton Park is set in Monaghan, 21 km from Maudabawn Cultural Centre and 25 km from Drumlane Abbey. Wonderful location. The Demesne is a very special place. You can enjoy long walks around it in perfect peace and lovely woodlands. The Gate Lodge is the perfect blend of classiness without fussiness. The host was very responsive and everso helpful but gave us complete space to ourselves. The garden was private and quiet except for the birds. The kitchen was well equipped for those of us who enjoy cooking. The beds and sofas were very comfy. The showers were powerful. There was nothing I'd have wanted to be any different or could imagine could be improved.

Offering quiet street views, Lakeview Lodge is an accommodation situated in Monaghan, 31 km from Proleek Dolmen and 31 km from Louth County Museum. Margaret was a great host! we had everything we needed and she left lovely little touches! the house is great, great outside space to enjoy in nice weather!
