The Charming Family Lodge was outstanding! It was exceptionally clean with everything you would need. We were a family of 7 adults and 2 kids and were very comfortable during our stay! The garden at the back was a little gem in the house with enough tables and chairs for us to relax. The two toilets were beautifully designed and the bathroom jacuzzi was very clean and a bonus for the kids! The neighbourhood was peaceful as it was about 30 minutes walk from the city centre. There were enough food options and convenience stores if you were in the house. Thank you Matteo for your hospitality 🩷

Very clean, big and good located. We, as a family of five persons, haven't to claim. We felt us like at home. Cost/performance rate top! Especially I want to thank Marco for his warm welcome and all support during our stay in Livorno and locations around. For breakfast, to drink, to snack, we had everything in this apartment and can't complain. We really enjoyed our stay and will certainly come back next time when we are in Livorno. This apartment is relatively basic but it very clean and has everything you need. We only stayed a couple of days to make some hiking, and we didn't use the kitchen very much - but it's quite good enough for a self catering holiday. The Albergo practically next door has good food and wine and also the pizzeria 300m up the road was excellent (pana cottta chocolata is to die for!) Peaceful & quiet village about 10 minutes drive to Abetone. We found everyone very friendly and kind.

The apartment is very big and has a huge terrace where you can follow the sun. Very comfortable bed and good shower . We liked the security system to enter the building.
