Perfect for big families. Mateo the host received us, was extremely kind and explained everything. It is a modern and beautiful flat located on the groundfloor. A couple of toys found in house made our child happy. A safety block for the staircase was set in place. A cot was perfectly prepared and there was plenty of space in the main room. Good bath supplies. Kitchen was very well equiped. Touristic information was provided by the host and also plenty of guides in the apartment. The restaurant next door was nice. A supermarket nearby. Florence downtown was reached in 30 min either walking or using public transport.

He showed remarkable patience and understanding when a card payment issue arose on arrival. The lodge is perfectly situated, overlooking a main town square on the prime shopping street. Excellent access to numerous cafes, restaurants, and a bus stop right below. A spacious apartment with an exceptionally well-stocked kitchen—it was noted as the best-stocked you've ever encountered. The host also provided an ample breakfast supply, demonstrating attention to every detail. A rare find—absolutely no significant negatives.

This apartment is relatively basic but it very clean and has everything you need. We only stayed a couple of days to make some hiking, and we didn't use the kitchen very much - but it's quite good enough for a self catering holiday. The Albergo practically next door has good food and wine and also the pizzeria 300m up the road was excellent (pana cottta chocolata is to die for!) Peaceful & quiet village about 10 minutes drive to Abetone. We found everyone very friendly and kind.

The apartment is very big and has a huge terrace where you can follow the sun. Very comfortable bed and good shower . We liked the security system to enter the building.
