There was great communication before our arrival as well as during our stay. The apartment is very well located, close to the Campo di Marte station and walkable to the historic city centre, in a safe neighbourhood. The interiors were fantastic and the flat itself was very spacious, easily able to accommodate around 6-7 people. There are 2 principal bedrooms and 2 more smaller bedrooms in the basement. There was a charming garden as well. We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights, and we had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Matteo gave us some restaurant suggestions too, and left some guidebooks in the apartment to help us plan our stay in Florence. Would definitely recommend that you stay here! Thank you Matteo 😸😸

Very clean, big and good located. We, as a family of five persons, haven't to claim. We felt us like at home. Cost/performance rate top! Especially I want to thank Marco for his warm welcome and all support during our stay in Livorno and locations around. For breakfast, to drink, to snack, we had everything in this apartment and can't complain. We really enjoyed our stay and will certainly come back next time when we are in Livorno. This apartment is relatively basic but it very clean and has everything you need. We only stayed a couple of days to make some hiking, and we didn't use the kitchen very much - but it's quite good enough for a self catering holiday. The Albergo practically next door has good food and wine and also the pizzeria 300m up the road was excellent (pana cottta chocolata is to die for!) Peaceful & quiet village about 10 minutes drive to Abetone. We found everyone very friendly and kind.

Good location, across from the meeting point for many of the city sightseeing tours. Also a taxi rank and bus stop. Cafes and a supermarket are very close. The apartment is very big and has a huge terrace where you can follow the sun. Very comfortable bed and good shower . We liked the security system to enter the building.
