View is amazing! you literally see desert, camels passing by. At night the sky is full of stars. Room has wifi (not very fast sometimes, but don’t forget you are in the middle of the desert!). Hotel staff were super friendly, they picked us up from petrol station, where taxi brought us. They also organized for us safari trip which I highly recommend, and helped us to organize car for our way back to Amman. You also have nice rocks around hotel which you can climb to make nice photos

I spent two days in the desert of Wadi Rum, and it was an amazing experience in every sense of the word! I have traveled to many countries, but Wadi Rum is still the most memorable place. I would like to thank my tour guide Abdulmajeed for his warm welcome and generous hospitality and kindness. Showe me different places in the desert and take amazing photos of the sunset. In the evening, we had a local meal with hands around the fire, and drank tea while staring at the starry sky. The next morning, we rode a camel at sunrise. Our bubble room was spacious and clean. I would gladly recommend this camp, and thank you again for Ayad. It was a great meeting, he is a useful person and the best guide.

Location is good but not excellent,lots of light around it’s impossible to take pictures of Milky Way. Not so clean but with this price, you can’t ask more. The host provides free pickup and drop off services from tourist centers and 1918 train stations.

From the moment we arrived at the camp in Wadi Rum, we felt more like family than guests. The team welcomed us with such warmth and genuine kindness that it immediately felt like home under the stars. Every single staff member went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, happy, and cared for — not just as customers, but as people. Their hospitality was exceptional — kind, patient, and incredibly flexible with all our needs and requests. Whether it was helping us plan activities, adjusting our meals, or simply sitting with us to share stories over tea, nothing ever felt like too much to ask. They made everything flow so naturally, and always with a smile. In a place already rich with natural beauty, it’s the people who made this trip truly magical. Thank you for reminding us what true Bedouin generosity and heart feel like. We left with memories we’ll never forget — and friendships we hope will last forever. Be aware if traveling by car that they charge an additional 40 JOD (20 JOD per person) to take guests to/from an off-road campsite in the desert in a 4x4, which they didn’t mention in the description. That location was lovely but the tent was not heated as advertised, there was no hot water and it was freezing. So the next day, at our insistence, we were moved the to another camp. The second location was in a small village in the desert rather than the bare desert with heated tents that they advertise. The setup was nice, it just isn’t what we purchased. It was heated and had hot water though, for which we were grateful. They also made sure to give us toilet paper and hand soap this time.

The swimming pools are amazing and very clean, my kids loved it and enjoyed staying there, I would go again in the future.

The accommodation was comfortable, suitable, and quiet, and everything was clean and tidy.
