The stuff and the owner were super helpful, talkative and we have learned quite a lot. We also had a private tour and trying spices from the garden. Breakfast was incredible and super healthy. The bed was very comfortable and the room/house was super pretty. Everything was perfect and beyond, thank you so much! 🙏🏻

It was well located , fully stocked and fitted with high quality towels and linen. The villa was the best of its kind in Galle. The staff are also polite and accommodating.

We stayed here for three days and felt very comfortable. The cottage built in the garden of the family is very stylishly furnished and has everything you need. Great interior design. It even has a very large refrigerator, dishes, and a sink. Malik and his family take really good care of their guests. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful (so much so that we made ourselves packed lunches). And Malik's brother once brought us some delicious homemade cookies, just because I had told him that I like sweets. You can borrow two bicycles for free, which we did once to explore the surrounding area and ride through the rice fields. Malik is a very good contact when it comes to organizing excursions. He gave us great tips and organized a good driver for a day trip to the rainforest. He also speaks excellent English (which is unfortunately not often the case in Sri Lanka), so it's easy to have a conversation with him. He is an awesome guide himself and spent a morning showing us around the old town and fort of Galle, and we learned lots of new and interesting things. Highly recommend to go on a guided tour with him, if he is around. If we come back to Galle, we will definitely stay here again!

Na místě je k dispozici soukromé parkoviště.... The villa was perfect for our first week in Sri Lanka! Nuwan and his staff/family could not have been more accommodating. From airport pickup to arranging tuktuks to picking up takeout for us, nothing could have been better! The food was lovely and very good value for money. I would not hesitate to stay at Nuwans place again, thank you!

I was warmly welcomed by the owner, her son and mother. I immediately felt relaxed, safe and at home. The room is separate from the main house by going up some stairs but connected which was great as I had privacy but the family nearby. I stayed due to it's close proximity to the hospital as I had a very early appointment but I would be happy to stay if I was visiting Galle again. The neighbourhood seemed peaceful and I was able to securely park my bike in the garage. The room exceeded my expectations. Everything felt very new, clean and fresh. It was actually a mini apartment which was a nice surprise. A small, functioning brand new kitchen and brand new bathroom attached to the bedroom. There is a small outside balcony, a smart tv and AC. The bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean. Communication was great and the hosts were very accommodating.

We had a wonderful time at the guest house. It was cozy, clean, and equipped with air conditioning. Chen, the host, was incredibly polite and always ready to assist, even lending us a scooter for errands. The location was peaceful, slightly off the road, ensuring a quiet stay, yet conveniently close to cafes and shops (around 5-7 min by scooter). For longer stays, having a scooter is advisable. Last but not least, the breakfasts were delicious and varied. Each day offered new and tasty options, although they were not buffet-style, they were satisfyingly fulfilling. Also there is a summer kitchen if you want to prepare smth by yourself

Lovely Owners and Dog, I could not of wished for a nicer time in their company as we took an early morning walk together -also popping in on friends in the neighborhood .-I was lucky to of heard the sweet lady sing-this was wonderful evening treat . Also a big bonus is the Tea Plantation which is within walking distance and THIS educational experience was very cool. I felt safe and liked my time here Alot.
